A decorative band or arches marks the Impero design, and adds just the right amount of luxuriousness to this classic shape.

The set consists of table spoon, table fork, table knife, salad fork, tea spoon.  The perfectly balanced weight of the cutlery ensures very easy handling. Made and hand-finished in Italy of silver-plated alpaca.

Cleaning daily use
Silver items that come into contact with food and/or liquids must be washed by hand or in the dishwasher immediately after use. If this is not possible, promptly remove residues with a sponge, warm water and mild soap. Daily use is recommended for cutlery: regular washing in fact avoids oxidation.

By hand - use a soft non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. - rinse carefully - dry with soft cloth.

Dishwasher - use a delicate cycle max 110 degrees with a mild detergent. No chlorine or additives. Dry with a soft cloth.

Cleaning Silver Plated Cutlery - Sometimes you may need to remove oxidation from your silverware. Use either a silver spray cleaner, silver cream cleaner or silver foam cleaner with gloves and soft cloth to keep silver looking its best.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery if item is not stocked at time of order. 

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. During high order volume periods, like national holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be delays in shipping through our third-party shipping carriers. The Ark Elements is not responsible for any shipping delays once the items leave our warehouse.

Returns
All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Also, please read the item descriptions carefully - we carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections that are part and parcel of the collections herein.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Credit is good for one year from date of issue.

All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us info@thearkelements.com

The following items are not eligible for return: Fine Art, Historical /Vintage items, Soft Goods (lampshades, pillows, throws, linens, napkins), Sale Items.
