Straight from the kilns of Puglia to your kitchen ~ this series of accessories makes it so you can extend the traditional wares of Italy right into the heart of your home. We know how hard it is to find kitchen elements that feel like they will stand the test of time. Functional and easy on the eyes, we love this little covered dish for butter or whatever other tasty bit you might want to leave on the counter but covered up.

All items are HAND MADE by a small artisan ceramicist - as such, irregularities and imperfections do occur, such as glaze drips, glaze bubbles, imperfect coverage, crazing and other anomalies that are part and parcel of the hand making process. We think wares made by human hands are exceptional and their unique characteristics make them that much more desirable. We accept these imperfections and blemishes as an integral part of having artist made pieces. As a result we are unable to accept returns of these pieces for any of the above reasons.

These covered dishes are handmade in Italy. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery if items are not in stock at time of order placement.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. During high order volume periods, like national holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be delays in shipping through our third-party shipping carriers. The Ark Elements is not responsible for any shipping delays once the items leave our warehouse.

Returns
All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Also, please read the item descriptions carefully - we carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections that are part and parcel of the collections herein.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Credit is good for one year from date of issue.

All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us info@thearkelements.com

The following items are not eligible for return: Fine Art, Historical /Vintage items, Soft Goods (lampshades, pillows, throws, linens, napkins), Sale Items.

All merchandise sold in “as is” condition.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted on special orders.
