We hunted many months for the right glassmaker to welcome into our modest collection of wares and found the most remarkable Lampworkers in the heart of Mallorca. An esteemed studio established in the early 1700's, and bringing roots from Murano; you can see how Venetian ways informed this lineage of exciting work by Gordiola. 

It is just the right amount of technical skill mixed with an appealing informality and rustic attack that we love. All of the cruets from this collection are grounded and thoughtful. We know you will love incorporating them into your daily regimen.

These cruets are made in Mallorca and take approximately 8-12 weeks for delivery if not stocked at time of order. All non-stocked items are titled PRE-ORDER.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. During high order volume periods, like national holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be delays in shipping through our third-party shipping carriers. The Ark Elements is not responsible for any shipping delays once the items leave our warehouse.

Returns
All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Also, please read the item descriptions carefully - we carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections that are part and parcel of the collections herein.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Credit is good for one year from date of issue.

All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us info@thearkelements.com

The following items are not eligible for return: Fine Art, Historical /Vintage items, Soft Goods (lampshades, pillows, throws, linens, napkins), Sale Items.

All merchandise sold in “as is” condition.
