There is nothing ordinary in the expression of the colors and patterns adorning our newest collection of Vases from Artisan Nichola Fasano. Note that these vases are painted individually and each one is a different rendering based on the same general motif. So the listing represents a few iterations of the vases' various looks.  The vase you receive may not be the exact vase in the image pictured.

These vases are created by hand in Puglia, with techniques passed down through generations of Fasano Artisans.

These Ginosa amphora vases are hand painted in Italy - these are one of a kind pieces and are all hand glazed. As such they may have slight imperfections and we think this adds to the overall beauty and magnetic aesthetic of each piece.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. During high order volume periods, like national holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be delays in shipping through our third-party shipping carriers. The Ark Elements is not responsible for any shipping delays once the items leave our warehouse.

Returns
All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Also, please read the item descriptions carefully - we carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections that are part and parcel of the collections herein.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Credit is good for one year from date of issue.

All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.
