Adoration is not a strong enough word to describe how we feel about our collection of candles from Italy. A little bit camp and a lot of fantasy - any one of these candles can serve as the ideal gift for a friend or host who has everything. From fruits, to veggies, to fluffy loaves of bread to bottles of bubbly - you really can't have too many.

The art of this elaborate candle making, has been handed down through 6 generations of the Introna family, since 1840. The raw material used is paraffin. This material is of the highest quality and it is the same as used in the food industry. The wicks used are pure cotton, so all candles absorb smoke and do not drip. All products are absolutely MADE IN ITALY.

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery if not stocked at time of order. Items not stocked will usually be listed as PRE-ORDER in the title.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. During high order volume periods, like national holidays, or extreme weather events, there may be delays in shipping through our third-party shipping carriers. The Ark Elements is not responsible for any shipping delays once the items leave our warehouse.

Returns
All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Also, please read the item descriptions carefully - we carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections that are part and parcel of the collections herein.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Credit is good for one year from date of issue.

All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us info@thearkelements.com

The following items are not eligible for return: Fine Art, Historical /Vintage items, Soft Goods (lampshades, pillows, throws, linens, napkins), Sale Items.

All merchandise sold in “as is” condition.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted on special orders.
