The tradition of knife making in Solsona dates back to the 16th century. Over time the area's numerous workshops faded away and Pallarès remained, steadfast in its craftsmanship and innovative in its modernization of blade making.
Every Chef's kitchen should boast the best tools of the trade and we believe the knives from Pallarès to be some of the best in the world. Surprisingly thin, light, and sharp this cleaver boasts a certain agility around the kitchen and is often used for julienning. Useful for filleting, boning, garlic mashing and the like.
Care: After use clean & dry the knife, and store safely. We recommend having this knife professionally sharpened every 6 months for best results.
